Over 20 years oil industry experience, working for Mobil and then ExxonMobil following the merger of the two corporations in 1999, before joining Fabian.
Served as one of Mobil's assistant company secretaries and managed a portfolio of over 20 companies within the UK group, which included Mobil Oil Company Limited (marketing and refining) and Mobil North Sea Limited (main Upstream company). Was closely involved with the merger with Exxon.
Following the merger Mandy took on and developed the newly created and more senior role of UK Exploration Licence Administrator, where as well as managing over 200 UKCS assets in which she worked very closely with the Commercial Advisor assisting with the negotiation, drafting, exchange and completion of exploration agreements. And more recently was involved with Perenco's acquisition of certain of Mobil North Sea Limited's SNS assets, its purchase of the share capital of Superior Oil (U.K.) Limited and the acquisition of Mid North Sea High acreage awarded to ExxonMobil in the 23rd UK licensing round.
During ExxonMobil's exploration exit from the UKCS in 2008/09 Mandy:
- Reviewed and implemented the 2008 Seismic Data Release Guidelines.
- Negotiated and drafted supplements to master seismic licensing agreements.
- Administered UK seismic data release requests.
- Prepared data rooms.
